Tablein pricing and Tablein cost per month by plan

For US restaurant owners and general managers comparing reservation software costs.

Tablein charges per restaurant per month in USD, with Starter at 79 USD including 50 reservations and extras at 0.67 EUR each. Growth costs 139 USD with 150 reservations and extras at 0.37 EUR each in the pricing table, while its FAQ says 0.30 EUR. Success costs 209 USD with unlimited reservations; all plans include all features and differ only by reservation limit. Figures are read from Tablein's own pricing page in October 2026.

How much does Tablein cost per month?

Tablein costs 79 USD monthly on Starter, 139 USD on Growth or 209 USD on Success, per restaurant. Starter includes 50 reservations and Growth includes 150; Success is unlimited. All features are included on every plan, so reservation volume determines the subscription and any extra reservation charges.

PlanUSD monthlyEUR monthlyGBP monthlyIncluded reservationsExtra reservation fee
Starter79 USD67 EUR60 GBP500.67 EUR each
Growth139 USD117 EUR105 GBP1500.37 EUR each in table; 0.30 EUR in FAQ
Success209 USD177 EUR157 GBPUnlimitedNone

Included features cover the calendar, floor plan, reservation list, card guarantees or deposits, email or SMS notifications, and reports. Capterra and TrustRadius listings still show older prices of 49, 107 and 177 USD. Those figures are out of date against the official pricing page, tablein.com/pricing.

What happens when you go over the reservation limit?

Tablein adds a fee for each reservation above your plan allowance. Starter extras cost 0.67 EUR each. Growth extras are listed at 0.37 EUR in the pricing table, but 0.30 EUR in the FAQ. Confirm the applicable rate and billing currency before relying on a projected monthly total.

Using EUR subscriptions keeps the arithmetic in one currency. These examples use the pricing table's Growth rate and assume the stated reservation count is billable.

Monthly useExtra reservation calculationTotal monthly cost
Starter at 120 reservations70 × 0.67 = 46.90 EUR67 + 46.90 = 113.90 EUR
Starter at 300 reservations250 × 0.67 = 167.50 EUR67 + 167.50 = 234.50 EUR
Growth at 300 reservations150 × 0.37 = 55.50 EUR117 + 55.50 = 172.50 EUR

At the FAQ's 0.30 EUR rate, Growth at 300 reservations would total 162 EUR instead. Success is 177 EUR with unlimited reservations. Do not add a EUR extra fee to a USD subscription and label the result dollars; request a quote explaining conversion and settlement.

At 120 reservations, Starter's 113.90 EUR total is still below Growth's 117 EUR subscription. At 300, Starter costs more than Success. The lowest advertised subscription is therefore not always the lowest monthly bill. Recalculate using your own reservation history before choosing a plan.

Does Tablein have a free trial?

Yes. Tablein offers a 14 day free trial on its premium plan with no payment or contract required. There are no setup or integration fees, and staff training is free. There is no minimum term; you can cancel anytime or freeze the subscription while keeping your data.

Use the trial to test your floor plan, booking notifications and deposit workflow with staff. The pricing page does not mention a waitlist, POS integrations or an API. Ask about those requirements directly rather than assuming that all features means every tool your restaurant uses.

Is there a yearly discount on Tablein?

Only Success offers yearly billing, with 10 months paid and 2 free. The FAQ illustrates this using 157 EUR monthly and 1,570 EUR yearly, which conflicts with the listed Success price of 177 EUR monthly. Confirm the annual invoice amount and currency before comparing it with monthly billing.

Applying the advertised formula to the 177 EUR list price gives 1,770 EUR for a year. That calculation is not a confirmed annual quote. The discrepancy matters because using the FAQ example would understate a budget based on the current list price.

Growth and Success are charged automatically by card. Bank transfer is available only on Success for terms of 3, 6 or 12 months. Ask how freezing or cancellation applies to any prepaid term before paying for a year.

Does Tablein charge for SMS?

Tablein does not publish SMS rates on its pricing page. Rates vary by country, operator and message length, so the subscription price alone does not establish your messaging budget. Ask for the rate applicable to your guests and confirmation of how longer messages affect the number of billable units.

For monthly budgeting, track software subscriptions as business expenses alongside SMS charges so variable messaging costs stay visible. Keep the reservation subscription and messaging charges separate when comparing quotes.

Tablein cost for three US restaurants

For these illustrative restaurants, Growth fits the bistro with paid extras, while Success avoids reservation charges at higher volume. Reserving Core fits the bistro only without deposits and within its 300 booking cap. Restaurants needing deposits should compare Reserving Growth. The group example assumes about 700 reservations at each location.

Restaurant scenarioTablein plan and monthly costReserving monthly comparison
40 seat bistro, about 250 reservations monthlyGrowth at 139 USD plus 37 EUR for 100 extras; FAQ rate gives 30 EURCore at 49 USD without deposits; Growth at 149 USD with deposits
90 seat restaurant, about 700 reservations monthlySuccess at 209 USD, unlimited reservationsGrowth at 149 USD, no booking limit
Two location group, about 700 reservations per location monthlyTwo Success plans at 418 USD before any confirmed group discountTwo Growth plans at 298 USD, no booking limit

These are subscription comparisons before SMS and payment processing. The mixed currency bistro figure remains separate pending a conversion quote. Tablein's EUR group discounts are ambiguous for a second location, stating either 20 EUR or 10 EUR off. The FAQ also lists 20 EUR off per location after 4 locations and 30 EUR off at 7 or more. No discount is assumed above.

The seat counts describe the examples, not how the prices are calculated. Use monthly reservations rather than seats or individual diners when estimating these allowances. For a group, budget each location separately until Tablein confirms the applicable discount and billing terms.

Is Tablein worth it for a small restaurant?

Tablein can be worth it when a small restaurant needs deposits or card guarantees at low reservation volume. Starter includes all features, has no setup fee, and Google Reserve bookings carry no commission. The tradeoffs are reservation caps, EUR extra fees, unpublished SMS rates and yearly billing restricted to Success.

At low volume, Starter at 79 USD can be close to or cheaper than an alternative that requires a higher plan for deposits. It is cheaper than Reserving Growth at 149 USD billed monthly while staying within its allowance. Reserving Core costs less but has no deposits. Compare the required workflow and billing cycle.

When a flat per-venue plan is the better buy

A flat subscription is easier to budget when reservations fluctuate or regularly exceed Tablein's lower allowances. Reserving Growth costs 149 USD per venue monthly, or a monthly equivalent of 74 USD billed yearly, with no booking limit. Reserving charges no fee per booking; payment providers charge their normal card processing rates.

Growth includes 10 staff logins, deposits and card holds by party size, day part and service, two-way SMS reminders, a no-show risk score, and a waiting queue that fills canceled slots. The restaurant reservation system and table reservation system pages explain the booking workflow.

Core is 49 USD monthly or 24 USD per month billed yearly, with 300 monthly bookings, 3 staff logins, a booking page and widget, board and guest records. It has no deposits. For other comparisons, read our Eat App pricing breakdown and OpenTable pricing breakdown.

Reserving Multi-Venue costs 499 USD monthly or 249 USD per month billed yearly for up to 5 venues. For the two location example, compare that subscription with separate Growth plans under the same billing cycle before deciding which budget fits.
