Reserving

Multi-venue reservation software for groups and operators

This page is written for the person who signs the invoice rather than the person on the host stand. A group does not buy a booking system because one dining room needs a board. It buys one because five of them are running five different ways and nobody can produce one number for the month.

One account, every venue, roles that hold

Multi-Venue puts up to five venues on one login, and Enterprise removes the limit. A venue manager sees their own venue. An area manager sees their region. Operations sees everything, in one export.

  • Up to 5 venues on Multi-Venue, unlimited on Enterprise
  • Unlimited staff logins across the group
  • Roles and permissions set per venue
  • Guest profiles shared across the group, so a regular at one venue is recognised at the next
  • Settings copied from one venue to another when you open a sixth

The numbers that make it into the monthly pack

Covers, cancellations, no-show rate and deposit recovery, by venue, by service and by day part, on one screen and in one export. No reconciling four spreadsheets that each count a cover differently.

  • Covers and party sizes by venue, service and day part
  • Cancellation and no-show rate, with the lead time they arrived at
  • Deposit recovery: what was held, what was charged, what was released
  • Where bookings come from: widget, Google, Instagram, phone, walk-in
  • Scheduled CSV export, plus API and webhooks into your own warehouse

Rules that protect the peak windows

The value of a Saturday at 20:00 is not the value of a Tuesday at 17:30, and the rules can say so. Minimum spend, prepaid experiences and peak windows are set per venue, so a group standard can still bend to one site's reality.

  • Minimum spend on defined windows
  • Prepaid experiences: tasting menus, treatment packages, event nights
  • Deposit and card-hold rules by party size, day part and service
  • Release rules that put a held table back on sale at a time you choose

Put your own figures in

Enter covers per service, average spend, your current no-show rate and the deposit rate you would set. The calculator works on your numbers and shows what recovering part of those covers is worth over a month and over a year, per venue and for the group.

We publish no benchmark of our own. Any number on this page that looks like a result is a number you typed in, because a figure we made up would be worth nothing to you in a board meeting.

  • Covers per service, per venue
  • Average spend per cover
  • Current no-show rate
  • The share of bookings your deposit rules would cover
