Reserving is golf simulator booking software for indoor golf venues with two to twenty bays. Golfers pick a bay, a start time and one to four hours on your site or Google, and pay a deposit or the full bay fee when they book for Friday night. Each booking blocks the bay for its real length plus a few minutes to reset, and text reminders go out the day before. It costs 49 USD a month per venue, or 149 USD (74 USD billed yearly) with deposits, prepaid bay time and SMS, and we take no percentage of your bookings.

An indoor golf venue lives on a few hours a week. Weekday afternoons are quiet, then Thursday to Saturday from 6 pm every bay is wanted at once. When those bookings come in by phone and text, two things go wrong: someone at the counter double-books Bay 2, and a group of four that "held" 8 pm never shows, leaving 90 USD of bay time empty on your best night.
Online booking fixes both. The booking page only offers a bay that is free for the whole length the golfer picked, plus your reset time. On Growth you decide which bookings pay up front: a deposit for anything over three hours, the full bay fee on Friday and Saturday nights, a card hold for first-time golfers. Weekday daytime can stay a simple name and phone number.
Try it in the board above. Pick a Friday at 5 pm and it asks for a card hold; set four hours on a weekday afternoon and it asks for a 50 USD deposit.

Most US indoor golf venues charge per bay per hour, not per player, commonly about 25 to 55 USD an hour off-peak with prime-time evenings higher. One bay usually takes up to four to six players. Charging the bay up front on peak nights and a deposit on long bookings is what stops empty prime-time bays.

Hourly rates are typical US ranges published by indoor golf venues on their own booking pages in 2026, not a standard. Write your cancellation policy once and show it on the booking page and the confirmation; our no-show fee policy guide has wording customers accept.

One board with every bay and the lesson bay, the booking page on your own domain and the customer list owned by you, not a marketplace.

Golf simulator booking software costs about 15 to 300 USD a month for one venue in the US. Lesson-first tools for golf pros start near 15 USD; sports facility platforms with memberships, leagues and POS run 199 to 549 USD; and some charge a percentage of every online booking on top of the plan.
Here is the monthly list price for a venue with six bays. Some tools cost the same as or less than our Growth plan, and they include things we do not, such as memberships and leagues. Watch the percentage: on a busy venue it is bigger than the plan.
What a percentage means in dollars: a six bay venue that sells 400 bay hours a month online at 45 USD takes 18,000 USD through the booking page. A 5.5% transaction fee on that is 990 USD a month. Part of it replaces card processing you would pay anyway (roughly 3%), so the real extra is still around 450 USD, three times our Growth plan billed monthly.
05
For a golf pro selling lessons, a lesson calendar such as ProAgenda at 15 to 44 USD is enough. For a venue renting three to twenty bays by the hour, pick software that books each bay for the real length, charges deposits or the full bay fee on peak nights, costs one price per venue and takes no percentage of bookings. Memberships and leagues point to a sports facility platform.
Growth at 149 USD, or 74 USD billed yearly: unlimited bookings, 10 staff logins, deposits and prepaid bay time, two-way SMS and the waiting queue. No sales call and no contract.
Run the bays and the dining room as two venues on one account, each with its own booking page, rules and board. The dining side is covered on restaurant reservation system.
Multi-Venue at 499 USD a month, or 249 USD billed yearly, for up to five venues with one customer list, peak-window rules and group reporting. Details on multi-venue booking.

These are the tools US indoor golf owners most often name. They charge in very different ways, so price a normal month for your number of bays, not the headline plan.
| Tool | How it charges | Cut of bookings | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProAgenda | Base 15, Plus 44, Premium 87 USD a month plus 15 to 28 USD per extra agenda, 15% off yearly, 30 day trial | none listed | golf pros and academies selling lessons |
| Sports Carnival | Starter 99, Growth 199, Pro 299 USD a month, Franchise quoted | 5.5% on Starter | venues that want waivers, POS, leagues and memberships |
| CourtReserve | Launch 199 USD for 8 courts, Advance 369, Momentum 549 (159, 329, 499 yearly) | none listed, add-ons extra | racquet clubs that also run a simulator |
| Funbutler | from 89 EUR a month, Enterprise quoted, no binding agreement | not listed | activity centers with several attractions |
| Square Appointments | free tier, Plus 49 USD, Premium 149 USD per location (resources on Premium) | processing only | venues already on Square POS |
| Reserving | 49 or 149 USD per venue, 499 USD for 5, half that yearly | none, your processor's normal rate | bay rental venues that want prepaid peak nights and one flat price |

Add each bay as a resource, set your opening hours and booking lengths, decide which nights are prepaid, then put one booking link on your website, Google Business Profile and Instagram. Most venues take their first online booking the same day.
Each bay is its own column on the board, with the most players it takes and the minutes it needs to reset between groups.
Offer 1, 2, 3 and 4 hour blocks in 30 minute steps, with your opening hours for each day of the week.
Full bay fee on Friday and Saturday nights, a 50 USD deposit on long bookings, a card hold for first visits, nothing on weekday afternoons.
Put the booking link on your site, in your Google Business Profile and in your Instagram bio. Import existing customers from a CSV so regulars are recognized.
Yes. Golfers choose a bay, a date, a start time and how long they want to play on your booking page, and see only times where the bay is free for the whole block. On Growth they pay a deposit or the full bay fee on the same screen, and the booking is confirmed once it is paid.
Most US venues charge per bay per hour, with a cap of four to six players per bay. Some add a small per-player fee above four. Reserving books the bay for the time chosen, and you set the most players each bay takes.
A full 18 holes takes roughly 45 to 60 minutes per player, so a group of four needs about three to four hours. Offer 3 and 4 hour blocks with a deposit, and the board blocks the bay for the full round plus reset time.
Charge the bay up front for prime time. On Growth you set a rule for Friday and Saturday from 5 pm that collects the full bay fee or a deposit when the golfer books, and two-way text reminders let people cancel by reply so the bay goes back on sale.
Golf simulator venues manage bay reservations with booking software that treats each bay as its own calendar, sells time in 30 or 60 minute blocks, adds a short reset between groups and takes payment online. Reserving does this for 49 or 149 USD a month per venue with no fee per booking; ProAgenda, Sports Carnival and CourtReserve are the other tools owners compare.
Before opening day you need four things: every bay listed with its hours and hourly rate, a booking link on your website and Google Business Profile, a payment account connected so prime time can be prepaid, and a cancellation policy on the booking page. In Reserving that takes an afternoon. Memberships with monthly billing are not part of Reserving, so pair it with a membership tool if you sell them.
No. You pay 49, 149 or 499 USD a month (half that billed yearly) and nothing per booking. Your payment provider charges its normal card rate on deposits and prepaid bays.
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you buy them online without a sales call. Core includes 300 bookings a month, which suits a two or three bay venue; Growth has no booking limit.
