Online reservation system pricing, one flat fee per venue
Every plan is a subscription that renews until you cancel it, priced per venue and per month. The fee does not move with covers, so the bill for a sold out weekend is the same as the bill for a quiet Tuesday. There is no free plan and nothing here is sold as a one-time purchase.
Paying yearly takes roughly two months off the year on every plan. Switch between monthly and yearly whenever you want, and the change takes effect on the next renewal.

The parts nobody should have to pay extra for
The booking widget on your own site, in your own styling
The booking page on your own domain
The fit engine with turn times, buffers and service windows
Confirmation emails that go out the second a booking lands
Guest records that belong to you and export whenever you ask
The interactive demo on this site, which runs without a card
Is the price per venue or per user
Per venue. Staff logins are included in the plan and adding a host or a manager does not change the bill.
Do you charge a commission on bookings
No. A booking made through the widget, through Google, through Instagram or over the phone costs the same as no booking at all, which is nothing beyond the monthly fee.
What counts as a venue
One address that takes bookings. A restaurant with a private dining room upstairs is one venue. A second site across town is a second venue, and five of them fit on Multi-Venue.
What happens when Core runs past 300 bookings in a month
We tell you before it matters and you move to Growth, which has no booking limit. Bookings are never turned away in the middle of a service because of a plan limit.
Can we change or cancel the plan
Yes, at any time and from inside the account. A change up takes effect right away, a change down or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a plan that costs nothing
No, every plan is paid. The one thing that costs nothing is the demo on this site, which runs a real booking engine on a demo venue, without a card and without an account.
Can we pay by invoice
Yearly plans and Enterprise can be invoiced, and Enterprise handles purchase orders and annual billing as standard.
