CourtReserve pricing per plan and per court, with add-ons and text fees

For pickleball, tennis and padel facility owners pricing CourtReserve before they sign or renew.

CourtReserve costs 199 USD a month for up to 8 courts (Launch), 369 USD for up to 16 courts (Advance) and 549 USD for up to 32 courts (Momentum), or 159, 329 and 499 USD a month billed annually. Integrations such as DUPR cost 25 USD a month each on the lower plans, Flex Leagues is 99 USD on Launch, texts over 500 a month are 5 USD per 500, and a branded app adds a one-time 499 USD setup with a one-year contract.

How much does CourtReserve cost?

CourtReserve prices by the number of courts. Each plan includes a court allowance, unlimited players and members, unlimited staff and pros, and unlimited reservations and lessons. When you outgrow the allowance you move up a plan; clubs with more than 32 courts, several locations or network memberships get a custom quote, and seasonal clubs can ask for seasonal pricing.

Plan Courts Monthly billing Billed annually Per court, monthly
Launchup to 8199 USD159 USD a month24.88 USD at 8 courts
Advanceup to 16369 USD329 USD a month23.06 USD at 16 courts
Momentumup to 32549 USD499 USD a month17.16 USD at 32 courts
Custom33 or more, multi-locationquotequotequote

The per court figure only holds when you fill the allowance. A club with 9 courts pays the Advance price, 369 USD, which is 41 USD a court. The jumps sit at 8 and 16 courts, so if you plan to build two more courts next spring, price the plan you will need then, not the one you need today. Annual billing saves 480 USD a year on Launch and Advance and 600 USD on Momentum.

Older figures still float around review sites, such as a flat 25 USD a month or Basic and Deluxe plans at 50 and 99 USD. Those do not match the current pricing page, so use the table above, or better, your own quote.

What does each CourtReserve plan include?

Launch covers the core of a club: court booking and lessons, events and programming with team registration, membership management, clinics, a public booking page with Reserve with Google, player match-making, email marketing, a member portal and app with CourtReserve co-branding, the reporting suite, integrated payments, point of sale, batch billing and invoicing, packages and promo codes.

Advance adds API access, the stringing module, Flex Leagues and a selected set of integrations at no extra charge. Momentum adds branded domains, the branded mobile app and all integrations. Support also steps up from standard to priority to premium. The jump from Launch to Advance is mostly about leagues and integrations; the jump to Momentum is mostly about your own brand on the app and the booking site.

CourtReserve add-ons and extra fees

The plan price is not the whole bill. These are the lines that most often get added, with what CourtReserve lists for each.

Plan, add-on, text and email prices from courtreserve.com/pricing. Processing rates from CourtReserve's help center article on its integrated payment partners; vendor charges for integrations are billed by those vendors on top.

Texts are the line people miss. A busy four court pickleball facility can easily book 800 court slots a month, and one confirmation plus one reminder per booking is 1,600 texts. That is 1,100 over the allowance, or 15 USD a month. Small, but it grows with every reminder rule you switch on.

On processing, CourtReserve lets a club add a convenience fee of up to 4% to online card payments and pass it to members, except on card-present terminal payments. If you do that, your players carry the cost, much like a booking fee on an activity platform.

Does CourtReserve have a contract?

CourtReserve plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually, and its pricing page says there is no contract unless otherwise agreed. The exception is the branded mobile app, which comes with a one-time 499 USD setup and a one-year contract. Payment is by card or e-check. There is no published free trial; the page offers a call with the team for a guided walkthrough instead.

CourtReserve cost at three club sizes

Here is a realistic monthly bill at three sizes, with the extras each club would likely use, next to a flat per-venue booking plan. Card processing is left out because you pay it on any system.

Facility CourtReserve setup CourtReserve a month Reserving Growth
4 court indoor pickleball, pay to playLaunch, DUPR, about 1,600 texts239 USD (199 billed annually)149 USD (74 yearly)
12 court club with leaguesAdvance, one integration outside the included set394 USD (354 billed annually)149 USD, but no leagues or memberships
24 court club with its own appMomentum, branded app549 USD plus 499 USD once (499 billed annually)not a fit

Read the table honestly. For the 4 court pay-to-play facility the two tools do the same job: players pick a court and a time, pay or leave a deposit, and get a reminder. There the difference is about 90 USD a month on monthly billing, or 1,500 USD a year if both are billed yearly. For the 12 and 24 court clubs, CourtReserve is doing work we do not do at all, and comparing prices would be comparing different products.

Is CourtReserve worth it?

CourtReserve is worth it for member clubs that run leagues, ladders, clinics, memberships with billing and rated play, because it puts all of that in one system at a price per court that falls as you grow. It is overkill for pay-to-play facilities, rec centers and mixed venues that mainly rent courts or bays by the hour and do not bill members.

A fair test: list what you used last month. If it is court bookings, payments and reminders, you are paying for a club platform to run a rental calendar. If it is league standings, member dues, DUPR results and a pro shop, CourtReserve earns its price. When members pay dues by invoice and some pay late, an accounts receivable tool that chases unpaid invoices by email and text covers the follow-up that a booking system leaves to the front desk.

CourtReserve alternatives for court rental venues

  • Reserving costs 49 USD a month per venue for up to 300 bookings, or 149 USD on Growth (74 USD billed yearly) with unlimited bookings, deposits and prepaid prime time by day and time window, two-way text reminders and a waiting queue. Each court or bay has its own capacity and buffer time. It has no memberships, leagues, point of sale or waivers.
  • Sports Carnival lists Starter at 99 USD a month plus a 5.5% transaction fee, Growth at 199 USD with point of sale and gift cards, and Pro at 299 USD with leagues and memberships.
  • Playbypoint is another racquet club platform with memberships and programs; its pricing page did not load for us, so ask for a quote and compare it with the tables above.

If your courts share a building with simulators or party rooms, see how bays, buffers and prime-time deposits work on our golf simulator booking software page, which uses the same rules a court rental needs. To put the booking button on your site and Google profile, start with the booking widget. Plans and limits are on the pricing page.

Questions to ask CourtReserve before you sign

  • Which integrations are included on Advance, and which cost 25 USD each?
  • How many texts will my reminder rules send in a busy month?
  • What processing rate applies to my club, and do I want to pass a convenience fee to players?
  • Is there seasonal pricing for the months we close outdoor courts?
  • If I leave, can I export members, bookings and payment history?

Get the answers in writing, and price the plan you will need after your next expansion, not only today's court count.
