Zenoti pricing and Zenoti cost per location, with add-ons and setup fees
For salon, spa and med spa owners getting a Zenoti quote.
Zenoti does not publish prices; every plan is quoted after a demo. Customers and 2026 pricing reviews report about 300 to 500 USD a month per location, with entry quotes from about 225 USD. On top come two-way texting at 29 to 169 USD per location, reputation management at about 189 USD, card processing from 2.45% plus 10 cents, a one-time setup of roughly 2,000 to 5,000 USD for a small business, and contracts commonly reported at 12 to 24 months.
How much does Zenoti cost per month?
Zenoti costs roughly 300 to 500 USD a month for each location, based on what customers and pricing reviews report in 2026. Its own pricing page lists the products (Salon and Spa, Medspa, Fitness, Barbershop, Zenoti OS and an AI Plus package) and asks you to get a quote for all of them.
| Business size | Reported monthly price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Entry quote, one location | from about 225 USD | pabau, citing ITQlick |
| Typical single location | 300 to 400 USD | schedulingkit, costbench |
| Multi-location, per location | 300 to 500 USD and up | schedulingkit, pabau |
| Large chains, about 100 users | 10,000 to 15,000 USD in total | pabau |
Plan names are from zenoti.com/pricing, which shows no prices and routes every plan to a demo. Dollar figures are third-party reports from 2026 (schedulingkit, costbench, pabau). Your quote can be higher or lower, so ask for every line in writing.
Costbench puts the median Zenoti customer at about 5,400 USD a year, which matches the 300 to 500 USD monthly range once a texting add-on is included. The price moves with how many locations, staff and modules you sign for, so two salons of the same size can get very different quotes.
What do Zenoti add-ons cost?
Zenoti's base subscription covers booking, POS, payroll and commissions, inventory and room management. Messaging, reviews and AI tools are billed separately, per location, and Zenoti's own page says voice, SMS and messaging usage is billed by consumption with optional base packs.
| Add-on | Reported price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| ezConnect, WhatsApp only | 29 USD a month per location | two-way WhatsApp with clients |
| ezConnect, SMS | 139 USD a month per location | two-way texting from the front desk |
| ezConnect, SMS plus MMS or WhatsApp | 169 USD a month per location | texting with images or WhatsApp |
| ezRepute Pro | about 189 USD a month per location | review requests and reputation reports |
| Smart Bot | 150 to 400 USD a month | AI chat that answers and books |
| ezPulse | about 49 USD a month | employee feedback and tracking |
| Marketing credits | 5,000 texts 180 USD, 10,000 emails 200 USD | one-time packs for campaigns |
Two-way texting is the add-on most salons and spas end up buying, because clients reply to reminders. That alone moves a 350 USD location to about 490 USD a month.
Does Zenoti charge a setup fee?
Yes, in most quotes. Pabau reports about 1,000 USD for professional services and 1,000 USD for data migration, or 2,000 to 5,000 USD in total for a small business. Costbench reports much larger ranges for multi-location rollouts, with implementation from 5,000 USD and data migration from 2,500 USD. Ask for setup, migration and training as separate lines, because they are often where a quote can be negotiated.
How much does Zenoti charge per transaction?
Zenoti Payments is reported at about 2.45% plus 10 cents for card-present payments and 2.95% to 3.25% plus 10 cents for online and keyed payments. On a location that runs 60,000 USD a month through cards, the difference between 2.45% and a 2.6% flat rate is about 90 USD a month, so processing matters more than most add-ons.
Is there a Zenoti contract?
Reviews commonly report 12 to 24 month terms with early termination fees, and Zenoti has no free plan or self-serve signup. Read the renewal clause before you sign: if the contract renews automatically, put the notice date in your calendar the day you sign. A SaaS spend tracker that shows what each location pays for software helps when you run several locations and several of these contracts at once.
What Zenoti really costs at one, three and five locations
Here is a first-year estimate using the middle of the reported ranges: 350 USD per location, SMS texting at 139 USD per location and a 3,000 USD setup. Processing is left out because you pay it on any system.
| Locations | Zenoti per month | Zenoti first year | Reserving per month | Reserving first year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 489 USD | 8,868 USD | 149 USD (Growth) | 888 USD billed yearly |
| 3 | 1,467 USD | 20,604 USD | 499 USD (Multi-Venue) | 2,988 USD billed yearly |
| 5 | 2,445 USD | 32,340 USD | 499 USD (Multi-Venue) | 2,988 USD billed yearly |
Zenoti first year = 12 months plus 3,000 USD setup. Reserving has no setup fee; yearly billing is half the monthly price. These are not like-for-like products, see below.
Is Zenoti worth it?
Zenoti is worth it for a chain or franchise that needs booking, POS, payroll and commissions, inventory, memberships and marketing in one system across many locations, and has someone to run the rollout. It is a lot of software, and that is what you pay for. A salon or spa with one to five locations that mainly needs online booking, rooms, deposits and reminders often pays for modules it never opens.
Cheaper Zenoti alternatives for one to five locations
If your Zenoti quote came back at 400 USD or more per location, compare it with tools that publish their prices:
- Boulevard lists Essentials from 143 USD for up to 5 providers and Premier for unlimited providers, also with a contract.
- Mindbody is quoted too, with Accelerate (rooms) reported at about 259 to 279 USD per location.
- Vagaro costs 30 USD plus 10 USD per calendar up to 90 USD, with add-ons on top.
- Reserving costs 149 USD per location on Growth (74 USD billed yearly) with deposits, two-way SMS reminders and room booking, or 499 USD a month (249 yearly) for up to five locations on Multi-Venue. No contract, no setup fee, bought online.
What you give up against Zenoti: retail POS and inventory, payroll and commissions, memberships and packages, and a branded client app. If those run your business, stay with an all-in-one suite. If you run them elsewhere already, our spa scheduling software books the therapist's room with a deposit, and multi-venue booking puts every location on one client list.
