Boulevard pricing and Boulevard cost per month for salons and spas
For salon, spa and med spa owners pricing a booking system.
Boulevard lists three plans per location: Essentials for one location and up to 5 providers, Premier at 293 USD a month and Prestige at 410 USD a month, with Enterprise quoted. A fall offer for new customers currently shows Essentials at 143, Premier at 234 and Prestige at 328 USD. Forms (from 65 USD), QuickBooks sync (45 USD), texts beyond the plan, onboarding and card processing come on top, and reviews report a 12-month contract.
How much does Boulevard cost per month?
Boulevard costs from about 143 to 410 USD a month per location, depending on the plan and on whether you sign during a promotion. These are the figures on Boulevard's own pricing page for salons and spas, checked in October 2026, next to the list prices that 2026 reviews report.
| Plan | Shown on joinblvd.com | Reported list price | Limits and extras |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | 143 USD a month | 176 USD monthly, 159 yearly | one location, up to 5 providers, 250 texts, 1,000 email blasts, 50 GB storage |
| Premier | 234 USD a month (normally 293) | 293 USD monthly, 263 yearly | unlimited providers, 1 or more locations, 250 texts, 1,000 email blasts |
| Prestige | 328 USD a month (normally 410) | 410 USD monthly, 369 yearly | Premier plus the Forms add-on, 2,500 texts, 10,000 email blasts, 100 GB |
| Enterprise | quote | quote | APIs and enterprise integrations, for large groups |
Boulevard marks the Premier and Prestige prices as a limited-time fall offer for new customers, and its plan switch says annual billing saves about 10%. Every plan button leads to a demo request, so the price you sign is set on a sales call.
The line that decides most bills is the provider cap. Essentials covers up to five bookable calendars at one location. Hire a sixth therapist or stylist, or open a second location, and the plan you need is Premier, which is the jump from 176 to 293 USD a month at list price.
Boulevard add-ons and fees
The plan price is the floor. Several things a busy salon or spa uses every day are priced separately, either on Boulevard's page or in 2026 reviews.
| Item | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Forms and charts | from 65 USD a month per location | Boulevard, included in Prestige |
| QuickBooks sync | 45 USD a month per location | Boulevard |
| ePrescribe | 45 USD per prescriber | Boulevard, for clinical customers |
| Email blasts over the plan | 0.01 USD per email | Boulevard |
| Texts and two-way messaging | by volume, from about 25 USD for 500 a month | Boulevard says pay by volume; tiers as reported |
| Card processing | 2.6% + 0.10 in person, 3.5% + 0.10 online or keyed | reported; Boulevard offers volume discounts on request |
| Duo card reader | 149 USD once | reported |
| Onboarding and data import | 495 USD onboarding, 295 to 895 USD import | reported, single location |
Boulevard also has an offset option that passes part of the card fee to the client. Reviews describe it as 3% charged to the client and 1% to the business. Check your state's surcharge rules and how your clients will read it before you turn it on.
Is Boulevard a contract?
Yes, according to 2026 reviews, which report a 12-month agreement. Boulevard's pricing page does not print the term, so ask for it in writing, along with the price after the promotional period, before you sign. A year at Premier list price is 3,516 USD per location before add-ons and processing, and you are committed to it whether the team grows or shrinks.
Put the agreement next to the rest of your costs before you decide. If your bookkeeper sends a monthly export, you can turn your bookkeeping export into a monthly P&L and see what software and processing already take out of each month's revenue.
Boulevard cost for a real salon or spa
Here is what Boulevard costs at three common sizes, at list price before tax and card processing, next to a system priced per location without a provider cap on its middle plan.
| Business | Boulevard plan and extras | Boulevard per month | Reserving per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day spa, 4 therapists, 1 location | Essentials | 176 USD | 149 USD, or 74 billed yearly |
| Salon, 8 stylists, forms and QuickBooks | Premier, Forms, QuickBooks | 403 USD | 149 USD, or 74 billed yearly |
| Group, 3 locations, 10 providers each | Premier x 3 | 879 USD | 499 USD, or 249 billed yearly |
Add onboarding in the first year, plus texts beyond the plan allowance. For the eight-stylist salon, a year on Boulevard at list price comes to about 4,836 USD before processing and onboarding, against 1,788 USD on our Growth plan monthly or 888 USD billed yearly. Reserving does not include point of sale, retail inventory or payroll, so a salon that runs all of that through Boulevard is buying more than a booking system.
Is Boulevard worth the price?
Boulevard is worth it for an upscale salon or spa that wants booking, point of sale, client forms, memberships and marketing in one premium tool and has the volume to carry 300 to 400 USD a month per location. It is harder to justify for a team of six to ten whose real needs are online booking, room scheduling, deposits and reminders, because those sit in plans that cost a fraction of Premier.
The question to answer before the demo is simple: which Boulevard features will you use every week that a booking system cannot do? If the list is short, compare the plan you would actually need, not the entry price, against tools priced per location.
Boulevard vs Mangomint, Vagaro and GlossGenius on price
Spas and salons usually compare Boulevard with these, all at one location and before processing:
- Mangomint: 120 USD per location plus 10 USD per user since its 2026 price change, so 180 USD for six users, with no contract
- Vagaro pricing: 30 USD for one calendar plus 10 USD per extra calendar, up to about 90 USD, with paid add-ons
- GlossGenius pricing: 28, 56 or 168 USD a month by plan, a flat 2.6% on cards
- Mindbody pricing: quote only, Accelerate with room management reported at 259 to 279 USD
Boulevard is the most expensive of the group at every size above five providers. Mangomint is its closest match on features at a lower monthly price; Vagaro and GlossGenius cost far less but do less at the front desk.
When a per-location booking system costs less than Boulevard
Reserving charges one price per location: 49 USD on Core with 3 staff logins, 149 USD on Growth with 10 staff logins, unlimited bookings, deposits by service, two-way SMS reminders and a waiting queue, and 499 USD on Multi-Venue for up to five locations with no staff limit. Yearly billing halves each price. There is no contract, no onboarding fee and no sales call, and we take no percentage of payments or deposits.
For a spa, the part that matters is that every treatment is booked as a therapist and a room together, with the turnaround time added. Our spa scheduling software page has a live board with six rooms you can try without an account, and the salon and spa software page shows the same for chairs and stylists.
